Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and -holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders ship in the United States only with Next Day or Priority Mail service via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please note orders may take longer to arrive due to postal service issues and variables outside of our control.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4-5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@madcookiesandcupcakes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Orders placed by 5pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next business day.
$40 minimum order amount for FREE contactless local delivery within a 10 mile of radius of Zip Code 30331. Delivery days are Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 10am and 4pm unless it is a special event and scheduled in advance. For example, a wedding, birthday party, retirement party, etc.
You can send us a delivery note when you checkout. Note: All deliveries will be left without signature. You will receive notification when the order is delivered.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@madcookiesandcupcakes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
